At the Lakers Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purple and gold gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please ensure all jerseys and apparel are unworn and in new condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
